The District line eastbound towards Upminster has a train step of 217mm and gap of 80mm), westbound towards Ealing Broadway has a train step of 300mm and gap of 103mm. The Piccadilly line eastbound towards Oakwood has a train step of 143-197 mm and a gap of 125-156mm, westbound towards Uxbridge or Heathrow has a train step of 127-141mm and a gap of 76-168mm.

There is Lift access between street and platform.
