Accessible Train stations in London - Gidea Park

All the London railway stations :

I visited Gidea Park station at the end of June in 2019. There are lifts, but these are not yet working, maybe they will one day. There is access to the bridge only from the rear entrance, by the car park. The new trains that run have a massive gap between the platform and the train of at least fifteen inches, maybe more. I have mobility for steps and stairs, and was able to access this station. It is on the Crossrail route, with the new Elizabethan line trains operating, and these are not compatible with the platforms.
