You can change between Central line westbound towards Ealing Broadway (A step 227mm/gap 43mm), District line westbound towards Earl’s Court and Hammersmith & City line westbound towards Hammersmith (both A step 133mm/gap 47mm).

Mile End is not accessible to wheelchair users due to stairs between the platform and street level.
Level (same platform) interchange between Central, District and Hammersmith & City line trains
running in the same direction is possible.
