National Rail lines : The Station is on the Greater Anglia (Liverpool Street towards Southend), via Shenfield. This station has direct access to Stratford. This station has direct access to Stratford. It is also on the new Elizabeth Line (Crossrail) which is operational into Liverpool street only, at present (February 2019).

General description : Romford is a busy station very near to the town centre. It has a bus station near to the entrance. The station also has a good accessibility guide with photos and station plan available. It is recommended in contacting the station in advance to organise any assistance in getting on and off trains.

More comment : There are fast and slow trains which run from Romford towards Liverpool Street. All trains are believed to  stop at Stratford.  There is also a train which links via Emerson Park to Upminster o the C2C.
